Any student-athlete, having a disciplinary violation in school will not be permitted to attend athletics that day. Contract forms will be available at “Creek Connection” and may be downloaded from our website. Parents must also complete a Pay to Participate Contract. One fee covers all sports during the 2022-2023 school year.
